Ted Nictakis
Director
RNDC Connect West
Ted joined RNDC as an inside sales representative in 2021 in Arizona. He grew his territory through consistent hard work and dedication and, in August 2023, was promoted to District Manager. After managing or co-managing AZ, CO, WA and more recently, TX, Ted was promoted to Director of sales in August 2025.
Ted graduated from Boston College in 2017 with both a BS and a BA in Economics as well as a BA in History.
Ted lives in Paradise Valley, AZ with his wife Kelsey, and their cat Kaia. Ted enjoys spending time outdoors (especially in Telluride), rooting for the Dallas Stars and Cowboys, and opening a great bottle of wine with family and friends.

Paul Wood
Director
RNDC Connect East
Paul is a Director of Sales with a strong track record of driving revenue growth, developing high-performing teams, and strengthening customer relationships across competitive markets. He leads with a focus on accountability, collaboration, and strategic execution, and he is passionate about building scalable processes that help organizations grow. He loves working for RNDC because he believes a truly special team is being built in Ashland and is grateful to be part of its growth. Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his family and their golden labradoodle, Penny Lane. He can often be found outdoors exploring new trails, staying active, or simply appreciating nature with the people who matter most.

Scot Humphreys
Airlines Sales Specialist
Scot is the go-to resource for Airline In-Flight and airport lounge accounts, as well as a trusted WSET Spirits Instructor. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors, camping and backpacking with his family and Scout troops.
Dawn Badinger
Analyst
Dawn Badinger is the Business Analyst for the RNDConnect Team. With more than 20 years at RNDC, she has enjoyed learning the industry and collaborating with countless wonderful colleagues. Outside of work, she can be found conquering hiking trails or cheering on her favorite football teams—Geaux Tigers and Who Dat!
Michelle Maurino
Regional Trainer
Michelle was raised in a small town in Northern California, then received her Wine Business degree at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. She left the beach to pursue a restaurant career in the San Francisco Bay Area. After spending 15 years learning all things hospitality, she moved from behind the bar to fine wine salesperson at RNDC, formerly Young’s Market. She has held the positions of Inside Sales Rep, Wine Educator, Account Manager for the Estates Group, and finally Regional Trainer for the Connect team. Michelle is passionate about winemaking and developing good leaders, and it shows in the training she provides. She currently resides in Sacramento, CA with her husband, newborn son and dog Carmy.
Luke Altman
Communications Specialist
Luke was born and raised in a small farm town in South Georgia, where he earned a degree in Marketing Management from Albany Technical College. He later moved to Atlanta to pursue a career in sales and marketing, ultimately discovering his passion for the wine and spirits industry. Luke joined RNDC in 2023 as an Inside Sales Representative and has since been promoted twice. First to Inside Sales Team Leader for the Atlanta office, and then in 2024 to Communications Specialist, supporting RNDC Connect’s internal and external communications and marketing initiatives across the country. In his free time, he enjoys mountain biking, hiking, and kayaking. He shares his home in Atlanta, GA with a labradoodle named Elmo and a siamese cat named Skylar.
