Paula serves as the District Manager for the Bronze Team, overseeing the teams across Virginia, Maryland/Washington, D.C., Indiana, Illinois, and Michigan. She values being part of the RNDC family for the opportunity to learn the unique dynamics of diverse markets, help local businesses grow, and thrive in an environment where no two days are ever the same.
Outside of work, Paula enjoys watching sports, spending quality time with her seven children, and taking on creative DIY projects at home. After a full day, she likes to unwind with a refreshing mango margarita finished with a salted rim.
Bridget Webb
Bridget Webb is the District Inside Sales Manager for our Michigan, Maryland, Virginia, and DC teams. She loves being part of the RNDC family and values the strong relationships and connections she has built with the team. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, watching game shows, and enjoying great food. After a long day, her favorite drinks to unwind with are a Bahama Mama or a Jamaica Be Happy. 🙂
