Paula McNairn
Paula serves as the District Manager for the Bronze Team, overseeing the teams across Virginia, Maryland/Washington, D.C., Indiana, Illinois, and Michigan. She values being part of the RNDC family for the opportunity to learn the unique dynamics of diverse markets, help local businesses grow, and thrive in an environment where no two days are ever the same.
Outside of work, Paula enjoys watching sports, spending quality time with her seven children, and taking on creative DIY projects at home. After a full day, she likes to unwind with a refreshing mango margarita finished with a salted rim.
Katey Damian
Katey brings a strong background in restaurant management and directing beverage programs. She was one of the first sales representatives on the original Inside Sales team that launched the Ashland office and later became a Team Lead for Illinois, Kentucky, and Michigan. She graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a BA in History and is WSET II Spirits certified.
