Douglas Burgess
Originally from Massachusetts, Doug moved to Arizona in the fall of 2022. He joined RNDC in September of 2024, bringing over a decade of restaurant beverage operations management experience with him. He has also obtained multiple WSET certifications, including Level 3 in Wine, passing with merit in 2019, and Level 2 in Spirits, passing with distinction in 2025. Doug started as an Inside Sales Representative overseeing a route in
Colorado and was promoted to District Manager for the state of Texas in September of 2025. He is an energetic leader, who fosters a spirit of healthy competition, motivating his team to exceed their goals. His background in hospitality leadership has taught him top-tier problem-solving skills and he displays exemplary customer service. In his free time, Doug loves spending time exploring the great outdoors on his skateboard and is an avid home cook. He lives in Mesa, AZ with his girlfriend, Winter, and their adorable tuxedo cat, Oreo.
