The RNDC Connect team in Ashland, Virginia has been giving back by volunteering at their local Feed More. They show up ready to help and make a real difference in their community.

What started as a simple way to help has grown into something big. Every volunteer spot for the rest of the year is now open for our inside sales reps to volunteer, and is filling up fast. This shows how much the team cares about helping others.

More Than Just a Day of Service

At Feed More, the work is hands-on and important. Team members help make meals, sort food, and get things ready for people in need. The work is busy but rewarding.

But it is more than just the work.

This effort has brought the team closer together. It has built pride and given everyone a way to give back outside of their daily jobs.

A Culture of Showing Up

Feed More sent this beautiful card to our team and shared this message:

Because of volunteers like you, this work is possible. Your generosity helps ensure more neighbors have access to the food they need and the support of a caring community. Thank you for being part of Feed More, we appreciate you so much.

This says it all. The team is not just helping with tasks; they are helping people.

The energy has not slowed down.

Setting the Standard

This partnership shows what RNDC Connect is all about: teamwork, showing up, and giving back.

It is not just a one-time event. It is an ongoing effort to help the community.

As the year goes on, one thing is clear: this is not just volunteering; it is part of the team’s culture.

And with our Connect team, it just keeps on growing!
